Avocado bread - and please note G's beloved Bosch in action 🙂

…or green was the avocado bread we made for the second time yesterday – despite being a bit under the weather this week. Although it’s only green when the dough is still wet and rising. When it comes out of the oven, it only has a hint of green in the crust. The recipe comes from Lutz at the Ploetzblog. So far we’ve tried out some recipes from the blog and they all turned out fantastic – and, for those who watch the pennies, it even tells you how much you spend making this particular bread. For nerds, I believe, there is also a spreadsheet…
